Chris Swifte to join AP Group as its new National Business Development Manager

AP Group is proud to announce the appointment of Chris Swifte as its new National Business Development Manager, effective 1 September 2020.

Chris is a highly experienced professional with exceptional knowledge, relationships and results in the retail pharmacy industry. Prior to joining AP Group Chris has been a key member of Terry White Management and Sigma Retail’s executive and leadership teams. Chris was an integral part of the Terry White Group leading the Franchise & Store Development teams that saw the growth of the brand from 80  stores to over 400 stores across Australia.  Amongst Chris’s achievements in the retail pharmacy industry are:

  • Played a key role in the integration of Terry White Chemists, Chemmart and the ChemPlus brands;
  • Developed and implemented new retail formats at Terry White Chemists and more recently WholeLife Pharmacy & Healthfoods with Sigma; and
  • Established industry wide relationships having worked closely with a variety of stakeholders including franchisee’s, franchisors, landlords and wholesalers throughout his pharmacy industry career.

AP Group started in 2011 with a novel approach to information delivery and has fast become the industry leader in the sale of pharmacy businesses. With the addition of Finance Broking services in 2015, its own law firm in 2017 and now the appointment of Chris it is clear there is still plenty of growth in the company’s future.
